A clear diary for the care you give.

Version 2.0 keeps pet medication schedules, dose records, observations and vet reports on your device. No account is required. The app interface is currently English.

Start your diary

Choose Add your pet, enter a name, then add medications using your veterinarian’s instructions. Record each dose as Given, Skipped or Not sure. Add daily observations, review History and create a PDF in Report.

Reminders

Enable Device reminders in Settings. The next 60 reminders are scheduled locally, up to 90 days ahead. Open the app regularly to renew the queue. Focus, permissions and device settings can delay alerts. Reminders are not guaranteed alarms.

Backups and a new device

Use Settings → Export backup to save your diary, including photos. On your new device, use Import backup. Imports merge missing records and preserve local edits. Export before uninstalling; there is no app cloud sync. Backups are unencrypted personal files: choose a trusted destination.

Pro and existing subscriptions

Version 2.0 offers an optional one-time lifetime Pro purchase for additional pets and custom report periods. Core diary features remain available without Pro. Restore purchases from Settings → Pro. Existing active monthly and yearly subscriptions are recognized. Installing this update or deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions. Manage subscriptions with Apple.

Moving from version 1.x

The earlier app used cloud accounts. Installing 2.0 does not automatically download those records. Contact pawspulseapp@gmail.com for an owner export, import assistance or deletion of an old cloud account. Keep a copy of your old records before upgrading. Earlier cloud services remain separate from the new on-device diary.

Delete local records

Edit a pet to delete that pet’s diary, or use Settings → Delete all local data. This cannot be undone. Export a backup first. Deletion does not remove exported files, device backups or old cloud accounts.

Paws & Pulse is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose conditions or recommend medication doses. Follow your veterinarian’s instructions and contact a veterinarian for health concerns.
