WashBid has no account system and does not sell personal data. Quote and customer information is stored locally on your device.

Information stored on your device

WashBid stores the business details, branding, service presets, customer details, job details, prices, costs, drafts, and quote history you enter. This information is used to operate the app and generate your customer-ready PDF. It remains in the app's local storage unless you share or export it.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. WashBid uses RevenueCat to determine purchase and entitlement status. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, product identifiers, transaction information, subscription status, and technical diagnostics needed to provide and restore purchases. WashBid does not receive your full payment-card details.

On-device product analytics

WashBid stores aggregate event counters on your device—for example, that a PDF was generated or a paywall was viewed. These events contain no customer name, email, phone number, address, business data, quote amount, job details, advertising identifier, or persistent device identifier. They are not transmitted by the app. They are included only if you choose to export diagnostics.

PDFs, sharing, and diagnostics

When you create a PDF or use Apple's share sheet, you choose the destination and recipients. A diagnostic export includes app state and on-device event counts intended for support; review the file before sharing it.

Data retention and deletion

Your local data remains until you delete it in Settings or remove the app. Removing the app can also remove locally stored data. Purchase records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat as required to operate purchases, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

Tracking and advertising

WashBid does not use third-party advertising, does not request tracking permission, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Children

WashBid is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
