Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the WashBid iPhone app and website. By using WashBid, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
WashBid helps pressure-washing contractors prepare estimates, review internal costs and margin, generate PDFs, and maintain local quote history. You are responsible for reviewing every price, tax setting, cost assumption, term, and customer detail before sending a quote.
No professional advice or guarantee
WashBid is a calculation and document tool, not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or business advice. Results depend on the information you provide. WashBid does not guarantee job profitability, customer acceptance, payment, or regulatory compliance.
Free version and WashBid Pro
The free version includes a limited number of completed quotes. WashBid Pro may be available as monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and, where offered, a one-time lifetime purchase. Current price and included features are shown before purchase.
Billing and renewal
Apple processes purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
Restoring purchases and refunds
Use Restore Purchases inside WashBid for eligible purchases made with the same Apple Account. Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by Apple. See the refund policy.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the business, customer, service, job, pricing, branding, and terms content you enter or share. You represent that you have the right to use that content. Keep independent records appropriate for your business.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with purchases, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, or use it to violate law or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of WashBid. Offline features can remain available, but purchase verification and Apple services require connectivity. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, WashBid is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so these provisions may not apply fully to you.
